In March 2024, we installed a second Okuma MCR-A5CII Double Column Machining Center adjacent to the first one which was installed in 2021.
We initially designed and built the platform for the first machine internally and aimed to create a similar platform for the new addition. This led to the innovative concept of an expansive platform that connects both Okumas, creating a cohesive machining cell.
Our engineering team collaborated effectively with the welding department to bring this vision to fruition. The design, craftsmanship, precise attention to detail, and steadfast commitment have played a crucial role in the project’s success. Furthermore, we incorporated two loading doors into the new machine, and our welder achieved a flawless finish.
