Steel Warehouse (South Bend, IN Facility) reached out to us in 2019 to see if we would be able to expedite some parts for a gearbox on their material leveling machine that had failed, taking their processing line down. We provided them a better solution, to send the entire box in to have it rebuilt on an expedited service. We were able to tear-down, reverse engineer, and rebuild the gearbox in a 3-week time-frame. They were very happy and subsequently asked us to build a replacement gearbox of the same model to keep as a spare.
